1- Overview
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
After this period, refunds or exchanges are only possible if required by law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- include the original packaging.
- be unused.
- be in its original condition.
2- Non-returnable items
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
a) Perishable / food products
All dried fruits and food products sold by TogoSunny are non-returnable.
b) Sealed items once opened
Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening (food, oils, hygiene or cosmetic products) are non-refundable.
Exception: defective, damaged, incorrect, or expired items will be refunded or replaced.
c) Custom-made or personalized items
e.g., African crafts or custom djembes. Non-returnable except in case of defect.
d) Services
Workshops, events, repairs, or cultural experiences already provided are non-refundable.
Cancellation before the service date may be refunded or credited (timeframe : 24h).
e) Gift cards
Non-refundable.
3- Returnable items
- Non-perishable goods
- Unopened food items

- Items received damaged, incorrect, or defective
Proof of purchase is required.
⚠️ Never send your item back to the manufacturer. Returns must be sent only to TogoSunny.
4- Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged.
For opened food products or other non-refundable items, we offer:
- exchange for a product of equal value,
- or replacement.
This reduces waste and ensures customer satisfaction.
5- Refund Procedure
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email:
- approval of refund, or
- refusal (with explanation).
If approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used at purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
6- Refund delays
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your card issuer.
- Contact your bank for processing delays.

Sale or promotional items are refundable only if defective.

- Service completed → non-refundable

- Service cancelled by customer before the date → refund or credit (depending on timeframe defined)
